We are pleased to announce that our Operating Partner team is growing from one to three. Don Voss, who has represented the Alliance in the community since April, is now joined by two new Operating Partners, Janet Bradshaw and Casey Janick. Both bring senior finance and advisory backgrounds that map directly to the mid market finance leaders we serve.
The Operating Partner role sits at the center of what makes the Alliance valuable. These are the people who turn a roundtable conversation into a warm introduction, who connect a member to the right peer at the right moment, and who keep the CFO Alliance community feeling personal even as it grows. Going from one Operating Partner to three means we do that in more cities, more industries, and more of the moments where the right introduction changes everything.

Don Voss, Operating Partner
Don is a strategic finance leader and partnership builder whose career developed at The Coca-Cola Company across finance, sales, strategy, and growth. Today he works as a fractional CFO and startup advisor, helping founders build financial clarity and use partnerships as a deliberate growth lever. Don continues to steward existing partner relationships and to activate new industry micro verticals for the Alliance. Based in Southern California, covering our West Region.
Janet Bradshaw, MBA, CEPA, CPA, Operating Partner
Janet is a fractional CFO and controller with 35 years of experience serving middle market and growth stage companies across digital media, construction, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing. She is known for bringing clarity to chaos, leading ERP implementations, shortening close cycles, and stepping into interim finance leadership when it matters most. Janet expands the Alliance's warm introduction capacity into new industry cohorts. Based in Dallas and Fort Worth, TX and covering our South Region.
Casey Janick, CPA, Operating Partner
Casey brings more than 15 years of finance and tax leadership across private equity backed operators and complex, multi entity structures. A licensed CPA and former Senior Tax Manager at KPMG and Plante Moran, he has since rebuilt finance functions from the ground up as a group controller, standing up ERP systems, compressing close timelines, and turning finance into a driver of enterprise value. Casey supports the data and process readiness conversations that sit at the heart of the modern CFO agenda. Based in Chicago, IL and covering our Midwest Region.
